8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise tier customers, we provide specific SLA guarantees as outlined in your service agreement. For other tiers, we aim for 99.9% uptime but do not provide formal SLA guarantees.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard security measures. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BOT SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Bot Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
